    Equipment & setup

    Order a JAMS-compatible reader and JAMS tags from the Equipment catalogue. We help you connect it.

    Training & go live

    Initial Setup & Training (Free): account, user access and operator training.

Readers, scanners and JAMS tags are ordered separately from the Equipment catalogue, where their prices are listed. Up to 4 user accounts per store.

  • Read-only access for the store owner for 180 days
  • A secure download link for your data by email
  • Renew within 180 days and everything comes back
  • After that, your data is removed from our systems

We email reminders before each step. Keeping your own legal and tax records is your responsibility — download your data before the 180 days end. Full details are in the JAMS Terms of Service.
