Overview

The JAMSY JG1 is a professional UHF RFID security and exit-monitoring gate designed for jewellery stores using the JAMS Jewelry Asset Management System.
Installed at store entrances or exits, the JG1 detects compatible UHF RFID-tagged jewellery and assets passing through the monitored area. Sound and light alerts can be used as part of the store’s security and asset-control procedures.
With adjustable RF output power and a reading range of up to 6 metres depending on installation conditions, tag performance and the surrounding environment, the JG1 provides flexible coverage for different store layouts.
The unit supports RJ45 and RS232 communication, with optional Wi-Fi and 4G connectivity, and provides an Open SDK for system integration.
When integrated with JAMS, the JG1 can form part of an RFID-based exit monitoring and inventory security solution, helping jewellery businesses improve asset visibility and identify movement of tagged items through monitored areas.
