Compact USB UHF RFID reader

Overview

The GEM Reader/Writer JRW1 is a compact UHF RFID device designed for direct connection to Windows computers operating the JAMS Jewelry Asset Management System.

Unlike inventory readers designed to scan multiple items across a larger area, the JRW1 provides controlled short-range operation for working with individual jewellery tags.

The device supports both reading and writing, making it suitable for product registration, tag preparation, identification and other authorised JAMS RFID operations.

Through its USB connection, the JRW1 can communicate directly with a Windows workstation without requiring a separate power supply or complex hardware installation.

Its compact design makes it particularly suitable for jewellery counters, administration desks and product preparation areas where individual tags need to be processed accurately.
