Overview
The GEM Smart Scanner JSG is a professional handheld UHF RFID terminal designed for advanced jewellery inventory management within the JAMS Jewelry Asset Management System.
Featuring an integrated Android operating system and a large high-resolution touchscreen, the JSG operates as a complete standalone inventory terminal without requiring a separate phone or computer.
Its powerful long-range UHF RFID system enables rapid detection of multiple JAMSY-tagged jewellery items throughout showcases, display areas, stockrooms and other inventory locations.
The JSG is particularly suitable for full-store inventory counts, routine stock verification and missing-item investigation. Scanned information can be processed through JAMS to compare physically detected items against the store's expected inventory.
Adjustable RFID performance allows the scanner to be configured for different environments, from more controlled scanning around individual showcases to broader inventory sweeps across larger areas.
