Billing with JAMSY.

00:00:01.674 --> 00:00:03.819
The JAMS app has no licence fee.

3
00:00:03.819 --> 00:00:07.841
You pay only for Data Hosting and Care, with clear invoices.

4
00:00:09.141 --> 00:00:11.829
When you join, you receive an opening invoice.

5
00:00:11.829 --> 00:00:14.633
It covers your first six months of data hosting.

6
00:00:14.633 --> 00:00:19.834
They're free, as our opening promotion, so the total is zero, and there's nothing to pay.

7
00:00:21.134 --> 00:00:29.144
Every invoice shows the issue date and due date, each line with its quantity and price, any agreed discount, GST, and the total.

8
00:00:30.444 --> 00:00:34.988
After that, Data Hosting and Care is invoiced once a year, in advance.

9
00:00:34.988 --> 00:00:38.039
Three hundred and sixty-five dollars, plus GST.

10
00:00:38.039 --> 00:00:39.468
Just one dollar a day.

11
00:00:39.468 --> 00:00:43.947
Equipment and JAMS tags are invoiced separately, when you order them.

12
00:00:45.247 --> 00:00:47.872
JAMSY checks every invoice before it's sent.

13
00:00:47.872 --> 00:00:50.794
It arrives by email, with a link to your account.

14
00:00:52.094 --> 00:00:57.767
In JAMS, open Billing to see your data hosting, the next invoice date, and the amount due.

15
00:00:57.767 --> 00:01:01.297
Every invoice is listed as Due, Paid, or No payment due.

16
00:01:02.597 --> 00:01:05.450
To pay, open the invoice and follow How to pay.

17
00:01:05.450 --> 00:01:08.424
Use the invoice number as your payment reference.

18
00:01:08.424 --> 00:01:11.701
Once your payment arrives, the invoice is marked Paid.

19
00:01:13.001 --> 00:01:15.610
